It does the job it says will do, make backups simple. It also easily guides us in restoration processes for data verification or in case of data issues #### Cons Only issue I had, was probably not seeing certain configured backups. This was mostly our fault as it was not assigned to a team, and at the time I was not the owner of the team. No incentive was offered Overall very pleased. We run a multitenant payments platform, and database backups are critical for our customers to ensure that we don't lose data. I was able to get offsite backups working within 20 minutes! #### Cons From a functionality perspective, it's great. I think the only improvement I can suggest is some UI enhancements, but they seem to be updating the product regularly, so I'm sure it's not far off. #### Vendor response Hey!
