Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the customability of this software. It works for our clients, and for us.

  • I like the affordability. We are a new MSP and this was a great entry level service desk tool for our company.

  • Cons

  • With any software, there is room for improvement. Little tweaks here and there, but overall the software is great.

  • as a new administrator, editing is not as user friendly as i wished, i hope for better video tutorials in the future

  • Pros

  • This product was easy to use and had a great looking interface. I did like the ability to easily see what each team member was working on.

  • Fácil de aprender, tem recursos muito interessantes e é rápida a sincronização.

  • Cons

  • Some menus are a bit buried and hard to find. Not always the speediest of things to use. Bit otherwise it's tops:)

  • I like almost everything...the only pain point has been notifications. They are a little hard to configure in a useful way and I get too many of them for boards that I own.
