It's like an extra powerful ship, abundant in functions and features, that would bring you anywhere you like. For complex projects, it's probably a hidden weapon that decides about the win.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

Single use sites should be fine but chains may find this is frustrating.

Roller's support team and knowledge based articles are the top feature. The ability to submit a request ticket and have feedback or a solution within a few days, if not hours  is remarkable.

Roller has wide range of services from booking, reports, integrations with Google analytics, etc. Also support team are really good and helpful.

Reporting system is basic and conflicting at times. Despite having a page for building reports, this does not work.

Our overall experience has been one of a pleasant transition from a very complicated and convoluted system to one of simple, user friendly and well designed system for the tourism industry.
