  • Pros

  • I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.
  • Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.
  • Cons

  • No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.
  • While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.

  • Setting up and managing projects is so easy, fits most industries due to its fluid design for projects. The cost is attractive when you take into account the amount of time saved for team projects.
  • For small project like us, Plutio offers Invoicing, Time tracking , customer support management is very easier. Most important feature i loved that proposal sending is very interesting.
  • Cons

  • There is no way to prioritize tasks other than assigning due dates. For a lot of my tasks there were no specific due dates.
  • I think it should have an example of everything, sometimes you just feel lost because you don't know all the potential of that area.
