I have never had any issues with the software. I would certainly suggest that anyone should give it a try! I've got the Lifetime versions, which is apparently no longer offered.
PROSI bought the complete range of software from the original producers. Over the years the software suite was improved till its quality and functionality of today. These are pretty useful for marketers, business managers, and entrepreneurs alike. The pros: - EASE of use - Intuitive - Bug Free - VERY Affordable!
CONSInitially, the software didn't have training material. However, now with it being intuitive enough, and training being available, the software is a breeze. At the moment, the Averox Software suite are separate products. It would have been great if I only had one login for the whole suite. I'm sure though, that this will be resolved in the near future. This is however not too much of a hassle.

Highly recommended all in one software solution
Fantastic experience. We are running our entire business on ABM and growing rapidly with efficiency and productivity of this solution.
PROSWe have replaced multiple small apps with one solution. The best part of this software is that we configured it once which made every part of the software fully functional. We do not need to configure, install multiple software products. Secondly we can use any part of the software i.e accounting, CRM , document signing or the entire suite. All of the modules are integrated with each other and function independently too. This is a very powerful software for a fraction of cost.
CONSIt was hard to search for this product.

Promises much but sadly not quite there yet
Not really impressed until the purchase side of the software has been sorted out.
PROSRelatively easy to use and fairly intuitive when it comes to setting up a company and sending invoices. I liked the concept of a link with HMRC although not tested it fully yet.
CONSSetting up a purchase invoice is like trying to get blood out of a stone. It was so difficult that I gave up in the end out of sheer frustration. One would think that setting up a purchase invoice from a supplier would be as easy as setting up an invoice but this is where assumptions don’t match reality. There are so many extra steps involved that I=t becomes hugely time-consuming and after a while you get lost in a bowl of spaghetti where you lose track of what you were trying to do in the first place. I tried to contact customer services twice for help via webmail and to their credit they did answer within 24 hours. However, they did not seem to understand English very well (I assume they are located somewhere out of the UK?) and could not really answer my question at all despite two or three attempts at asking. As a result I have not used this software since March 2020. I would not purchase this again.
Reasons for switching to Averox Business Management
I wanted to use something more up to date and web based so that I could utilise the software at different locations.

As per our records, the customer had purchased a limited ABM license from a third party. We have not received a single support request from this customer as of today. Our purchase invoice process is the simplest amongst our competitor systems i.e it takes less than 20 seconds to record a purchase invoice. Project Management software to keep organized
It has been a good tool, and I will continue to use as long as it it being supported.
PROSI was looking for a descent priced time management software. This was a great solution with many tools to take care of my customer relations and manage my calendar and projects.
CONStakes a little getting used to and would like to see some templates in there to choose from rather than figure out on our own.

One stop software for SME businesses
During pandemic its perfect tool as its cloud based and you can access it (using passwords of course) even from home and continue to run business. Document e-signing is also critical during these times and you can convert leads to clients much faster
PROSThe best part of this software is that it contains many different blocks that you do not need to have multiple other software. to manage your business. You can manage here: -Inventory -your staff /team -its also a CRM system -you can issue and store Invoices (very important for us) -You can generate and e-sign documents And finally, it is cloud based - so you can access information from everywhere.
CONSSoftware can be pricy (unless you get some discount offer via a promotion) and it takes time to set it up and assign correct user rights to your team (you dont want everybody in your company to be admins)

Honest thought
Still in the process of deciding though I would say it is one of the best at a glance!
PROSSo many features are available in one place that it does away with the need for a lot of other software
