Certain functions seem to cause the system to faill or get stuck in certain browsers. Poor use of screen space in current version compared to previous versions.

Lack of adequate white papers or examples on the items mentioned above, xpath's and event handlers.

Many aspects of the software are very user friendly.

When working in Pace Station, the inability to link tables / objects for reporting has been very frustrating.

I love in integration with Digital Store Front and the ease of use that it can be for the customer. Pace itself can be a great tool if setup correctly.

I like all the features that Pace has to offer. The ability to write xpath's and event handlers has been very beneficial to the company and production.

We also are a Printflow user and have found the integration was not well executed and left us regretting our decision to use the two programs in tandem.

Certainly the connectivity to DSF and the ability to import jobs via .xml from a customer have been a huge value to us. Updates and upgrades have been unpredictable.

The best part about the software is that you can build it to fit the needs of your business.

Pace integrates with our Market Direct Storefront. Over the years, we made the transition from an internally created accounting system to our first commercially available MIS - Covalent.

I like how fully featured it is, and that updates are very regular.

My experience has been primarily positive and customer support is helpful if I need them.

I enjoy the ease of use and ability to effortlessly contact support.

The people in the trenches have no belief that it will ever be completely useable. The estimating module doesn't have a way to charge specific quoted prices to specific customers.

We have invested in all the pieces of the Mid Market Print Suite and the flexibility of the software has allowed us to continue to grow year over year.

The new look of scheduling and Data collection is amazing. Such an advancement in user interface and function.

My worst experience with EFI was after a dispute they disabled our system temporarily, which brought us to our knees... completely unfair.

Now I have to make the main PACE screen half the size of my computer screen from the bottom to see the same thing. Very frustrating when the goal is efficiency.

The software platform is only as good as the support team and the EFI team is always prompt and responsive to our needs.

The software is very costly at time of aquisition.

It's a far more robust toolset than something like Quickbooks. It seems like a great option for smaller businesses that might be outgrowing simple options.

Accounting system is the ABSOLUTE worst. This system actually wastes so much time instead of saving time.

EFI Continues to Improve their software for ease of use.

The back end of the software is difficult to manage, particularly Crystal Reports & permissions.

The constant battles to resolve small issues have been very frustrating. The bigger battles to resolve accounting and inventory problems has been very frustrating as well.

I love the fact that the software can tell me how many boxes and how many skids will be needed to finish the job.

Covers al lot of areas and would be a great asset to bean counters. Great for running reports- Customer service is helpful.

As an SAAS, it gives you the confidence that it has gone through the strictest quality tests and that it will not conk out on you.

It is very helpful that I can set  up an email alert when something is shipped out of the system. It is wonderful that you can use most of the fields as calculators.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
