The UI was great and integrations were nice. Overall, everything was really simple to use and set up.

I hate when I print proposals the page breaks horribly in the middle of sentences and photos.

I haven't been in business super long yet, but I knew I wanted to be organized from the getgo. HoneyBook has been AMAZING for that.

Honeybook is very easy to use and the UI is beautiful. They provide a lot of great built in resources, like example contract templates.

Software is very easy to use. Customer service is great and it's a great way to stay organized.

I love everything about HB and I love that they are always trying to improve and help in any way they can.

The interface is perfect, too. Friendly, but not too 'bubbly', so you still feel like a professional.

I like that I can have all of my invoices in one place, it helps me take care of my taxes and allows me to track my income. My favorite thing is the brochure I've created.

I like the ease of seeing the pipeline and where I'm at with my bookings. I like the daily reminders to follow up on my clients.

There is no way to prioritize tasks other than assigning due dates. For a lot of my tasks there were no specific due dates.

I think it should have an example of everything, sometimes you just feel lost because you don't know all the potential of that area.

Setting up and managing projects is so easy, fits most industries due to its fluid design for projects. The cost is attractive when you take into account the amount of time saved for team projects.

For small project like us, Plutio offers Invoicing, Time tracking , customer support management is very easier. Most important feature i loved that proposal sending is very interesting.

How easy is to use,  nice customer service and is so pretty as much as functional. I am really happy with Plutio I tried a lot of CRM and Plutio is very unique and worth it.

I love the ability to customize it and make it your own. You can keep your company branding in all aspects of the software.

The growing list of integrations with platforms like Stripe, Zapier and Integrately are quickly making Plutio the perfect app for agencies and freelancers.

Rep and the team are amazing at getting things rolled out quickly but expect some small headaches, especially with newer features.

It is a good buy the costumer service it is a little slow.

In addition, it's well supported by the founders, in active and rapid development. We're seeing new features released monthly.

There have been some issues with the calendar too. You need to pay an extra for custom domain and offer system lacks proper electronic signing integrations.

The UI and UX, everything is well placed, makes sense AND looks good. There is little to no learning curve, simply dive into it, configure it how you want and be on your way.

Constant improvements mean some things change regularly and I have to spend time updating my processes as a result and often there’s no warning of the change so I have to make updates on the fly.

I love the fact that they have a mobile app. Also that my clients can sign my proposals digitally online with their mobile phones, and also the ability to save my proposals as templates.

I like we can integrate payment getaway with stripe.

In summary, if you are trying to find that one great system to help you manage your business, QUIT looking at reviews.

Sometimes you have to face technical glitches and errors. Dealing with such errors every now and then is surely a con.

Overall I am very happy with Plutio and I have used it for almost a year now, and my clients are very impressed with Proposals made in Plutio.

We are a small design agency, and this app is just perfect for us. I want to see automations, but Leo (the founder) said they are coming.

I made a mess and I couldn't login anymore. Trying to reset the password didn't recognise the old or the new email and I didn't appear that the url had changed either.

Customer support is great and very responsive and active in their FB support group.

Awesome, it's atually one of my favorite tools out there.

Look and feel are fairly nice. Visually, Plutio is pretty great.

At first the product was missing some key features but the team had them in their pipeline and completed them very quickly.

The interface of Plutio is very clean and will appeal to those who like minimalist style task managers.

The inability to easily change the view of a project board (this is a feature available in other project management tools).

Overall, I've gotten my money's worth. It's easy to use, easy on the eyes, and overall, a great project management system.

Using one tool instead of 5-6 is a lifesaver both in terms of winning some time back (because you don't have to switch from tool A to tool B all the time) and saving some $ on subscriptions.

While some of these functions are currently basic, Plutio continues to update their features and clear long-standing bugs. For the price, you should really give it a try.

I like that it has all of the features that our company needs, with more on the way. Ease of use and the White Label functionality, customize everything.

As a freelancer it has everything I need to manage my business all in one place. The interface is great and the features Roadmap means there will be even more tools and integrations available soon.

Plutio works perfectly for me due to its intuitive user interface, customisability and completeness.

Very complete and super user friendly, I actually run my kids home schooling from this platform as well and they navigate it with ease.

That's my overall experience with Plutio. This is a great tool for project and client management, with integrations for payments, invoicing, it does it all, at a great price point.

I really liked that Plutio is offering app, not very many business management apps are doing so and this is a huge area of opportunity.

It is by far the best Project management tool (& mini CRM) out there for small agencies or solopreneurs. They have great support, listen to your input, and are always improving it.

Many more features of course and great and friendly customer service. They have an online chat in the dashboard.
