Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • easy to use, easy to learn and very functional

  • I like the ease of use, reporting features are great, and overall experience is excellent. I also like the fact that I can be anywhere in the world and log into my account.

  • Cons

  • Customization can be a bit difficult. Being that it's web based - sometimes things can take a bit longer however - it's well worth it

  • When going deeper into editing, it can get a bit confusing, but it is easy to learn what steps you have to take to edit a particular piece of a page.

  • Pros

  • I like that this program is completely cloud based and accessible from anywhere.

  • It's easy to time track and keep a log of all current and past jobs. It was easy to get trained on and implement in my daily process

  • Cons

  • Has some limits on users and access, some limited catagories

  • Sometimes attachments don't show up and our clients have to reattach them to the project, but other than that I can't think of any cons at the moment.
