The best thing about Ninox is the simplicity with which you can create business applications.

Too Mac centric, icloud as the sync option is ridiculous. Struggles on server edition with medium sized data sets, filtering becomes very slow.

Ninox customer service has also been outstanding and incredibly generous to us.

Not only very good software, but more importantly an excellent support.

At some points it is missing... and at other points it is just plain wrong. To mitigate this, the user forum is a great resource and several Ninox partners have published use case driven guides.

The platform has been customised for us by a Ninox partner. He has done a fantastic job creating something that tracks multiple factors and is usable by staff with minimal training and IT skills.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.
