The ability to get a 360 picture of my business at any moment and the communication with my customers is priceless. At any given moment I can be updated on the status of each project, in communication with each client and get a glimpse of my meetings and tasks in a daily schedule. Fireberry's automations help me turn manual and long processes into fast and automatic processes and streamline the entire sales process.

As an employee in the construction industry, the system helps me in managing our construction projects processes, communicating with customers and in managing the organization's HR. The ability to design and customize the system to my needs helps our organization work better and move faster in changing environmental conditions.

As a mobile worker, who spends a lot of time on the go, working with the mobile app is very important to me and there are some things that can be improved in order to make it from very good to excellent.

From my experience as a business partner and implementer, Fireberry fits companies of all sizes, from small to large. Unlike systems like Salesforce, you don’t need an expert or developer to manage it. I’ve seen that anyone with some technical skills can easily take control because it’s a true no-code system. With the launch of Fireberry Marketing, my clients can now connect their marketing teams directly to the system, allowing them to manage their customer journeys right from within the platform.

Pros:

The flexibility of the platform. You can really tailor it to your business processes without needing heavy development work. For teams across Europe, where workflows often vary by country or industry, this flexibility makes a big difference. Also, the support team is responsive and open to feedback, which helps a lot during onboarding.

Cons:

Right now, there’s no built-in customer portal, which has been disappointing for some of my clients. I currently offer a third-party solution to fill this gap. I really hope this will be resolved by the end of this year or early 2026, with the release of Fireberry Service. There's no official launch date yet — that’s just my personal hope.

Reasons for choosing Fireberry

Even though Monday.com is a good system, to really benefit from it you need to get the Enterprise package. Clients usually prefer to have everything in one CRM system, not split across three separate tools in the same account like Monday does.

Reasons for switching to Fireberry

As a business partner and implementer, I move clients from various systems, including Salesforce. The main reasons are the difficulty and cost of making changes in those systems, and often the lack of built-in features for smooth, easy customer journey management and automation internally—without needing external tools.

I really love the system – also because of the leadership, guidance, and automations on the side. Clear dashboards, accessible people, and real-time data – in clear visibility – it’s possible to grow with it, to add more team members, and everything stays in one place instead of being scattered across systems. This peace of mind, where the business owner sits in one place and gets a clear picture to keep growing the business – that's worth everything.

Cons:

I don’t really like the limitation on the number of users required to start using the system, and the fact that it's not possible to purchase additional automations for an extra monthly fee — instead, you have to upgrade the entire plan.

The system wasn’t suitable for managing leads, work orders, and retainers — it was solely focused on task management.
