Fabulous product if you have bespoke needs for complex project detail.

I enjoy working with a team who are passionate about what they do and are always willing to consider any request for additional/alternative functionality. Our processes have become far more efficient in the past 12 months with integrated Purchase Ledger Payments, remittance e-mails and bank file exports. The customisable "report writer" has proved most useful for us to glean use business analysis data and the increased functionality of the Project Management aspect of the system has made life much easier - as the CRM enables all our staff to easily keep abreast of customer communications.

PROS

The friendly, comprehensive, customer specific and swift support offered by Lineal makes SQL works stand out from other mainstream software providers - having a unique solution that works for your company is more valuable than something that looks 'flashy' but doesn't necessarily deliver on your business needs.

CONS

The lack of a "windows" look/feel made the system seem less approachable initially, but through use and excellent support it is clear that appearances can be deceptive.
