Pros/Cons
Pros
- It helps you appreciate the hardworking of your coworkers. You can look back over time and see all the amazing things you have accomplished.
- We integrate it with slack to give praise to other employees. I think that is fun and helps to more casually encourage each other.
- I am fully satisfied and glad that we shifted to this app. I will surely recommend this to my colleagues.
Cons
- I was forced to use this for a while at a previous job and found that it interrupted my workflow, wasted my time, and was generally a nuisance.
- Annoying that when I add items for the week that I did not submit the week before, I cannot comment on them and they are pre-checked as done.
- Enough key features are missing that we end up having to product a word/ppt doc alongside our 15Fives.
Pros
- It has evolved into a great timekeeping system with reporting that is a terrific help when looking at trends or client timesheet work.
- We recently won a federal grant which requires us to track time and expenses per task. Minute7 makes it very easy to accomplish this and the interface is easy to understand and use.
- Great product and company. SENSITIVE CONTENT] does a great job getting back to me quickly Had only a coupe of problems and they have been very responsive both times, and are quick to assist.
Cons
- You should really make it static, until changes are necessary, instead of vicsa versa... too many clicks and unstable data fields are maddening.
- Another problem is that some projects have sub projects so sometimes the hours will sync into the wrong one.
- Sometimes, there are features within the platform that are hard to locate and the weekly entry feature can get confusing if you are not on the correct week while logging your time.
