Pros/Cons
Pros
- The software has great functionality and is very easy to use. I love how searchable it is.
- Reporting feature is extremely handy. Customer service is really great, very responsive and always willing to listen to feedback and see how it can be applied to the system to make it better.
- Data integrations with ESRI are pretty awesome. Administration is easy and fairly straight forward.
Cons
- Lack of customization in reporting exports, though I understand why this is not a feature.
- Difficult to delete multiple files from a single task all at once.
- It's helpful that the assignments section organizes my due assignments but can be annoying to have to open a second tab in order to look up other details about the deal.
Pros
- The ability to fund and have investors fill out the esignature agreements and have that connect with the investor portal side, is so helpful and a great time saver.
- Overall, the customer service and product have been outstanding and we have had a great experiencing using the product and our investors love it as well.
- From the start the IMS staff have been incredibly professional, courteous, responsive, and just nice people. That makes a huge difference.
Cons
- Not having a customer service manager anymore has been a little annoying.
- The only complaint is setting up some of the more complicated calculations for distributions when there are waterfall calculations.
- Looks good but has fundamental failures that impede our operations.
