"It has helped us keep projects organized, track proposals and billing, and manage our workflow more efficiently. Once everything is set up, it becomes a really useful tool for keeping the whole team on the same page and managing multiple projects at once."

"One other area that we struggle with is the Reimbursable Expenses - when our team enters an expense in Factor, we can bill it to the client seamlessly, however, that expense also needs to make it into Quickbooks. If we enter it into Quickbooks, then the expense re-registers under the project, causing a duplication of reimbursable expenses tracked under the project."

"While the app is powerful, some advanced features require a learning curve, and the customer support response times can sometimes be slower than expected."
