  • Pros

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.

  • Great integration with other software such as e-commerce or point-of-sale. For years I have looked for software that I could recommend to clients who have outgrown their off-the-shelf software.
  • The versatility of the software and the ability to accommodate every customer's needs. Also appreciate the simple interface.
  • Cons

  • Lag and loading time during certain actions, inability to process product returns, slow response time for technical assistance and customer service.
  • It can take time for screens and reports to populate. And the many screens you need to have open at times is not ideal.
