It has helped our production, at a fair price. It is a good system for keeping all of our R+D claims organised. We scaled back our R+D a lot, and the team were very responsive and proactive in reducing the price to reflect that. Cons: There were some issues with the automated/upload calculation sections, but I think these were teething issues a couple of years ago. The back office team were quick to correct for us. Cons: The only con was a few teething problems with our accounts production software.
