Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

I help clients by building and upgrading their websites. This is a fantastic booking solution at a price-point all my clients can afford that greatly enhances the service I provide.

The entire interface is quite beautifully arranged in a modern, clean way so it doesn't feel overloaded or cluttered for such a feature-rich software.

It's got all the bells and whistles in a neat package that will be useful for most SMB owners.

My kids are busy with school and activities and clearly have better things to do than to help their mother to create a website for her business (I promise they are very charming).

Great, the team resolves things, comes up with suggestions and responds quickly to requests.

It can be a little unpredictable at times with regards to appointment and odd changes to the website.

Customer service told me that I had signed up for a year and they were not going to cancel my account. I think it is ridiculous that I am being charged for a service I am never going to use.

Customer service has been fantastic in helping implement and to learn the Shore system, which is packed with features essential to any modern business requiring online booking.

Shores must be hard up for money to keep someone paying for something they will never use. Dont bother with this company they will waste your time and steal your money.

I was charged months ago for these services that I have yet to receive and they continue to bill ne for services non existent.

It's just missing 2 key features that are keeping me from making the jump over from Acuity.

I learned to watch out for scam artist companies more than usual.

Very poor software and service. Using shore has made my life hell.

Shore is brilliant value for money. It's a great product that is improving every week.
