Couldn't imagine functioning in a Gallery Position without Artfundi
The software provided me with the tools I needed to do my work more efficiently which in turn improved my time management and workload management. Record keeping is essential and easy access to various tools allowed me to do my work from anywhere at any time, in all areas of running a Gallery, be it physical or online.
PROSVery easy to learn - the more you operate the more familiar the software became the faster I could manage my workload (practice makes perfect)! I also had experience with the main competitor's software, and Artfundi really is much more affordable and indeed functions similarly. Couldn't work with a Gallery that doesn't have the proper tools needed to achieve the desired goals.
CONSThere was one snag that I did find annoying, but the Artfundi team resolved and accommodated our needs accordingly.

Talk about right timing!
Being able to create a catalogue, price list, wall labels, and invoices with just a few clicks saves me so much time which allows me to manage other tasks. The benefit of just uploading information in a cloud system once and being able to access it anytime is crucial to keep the business going forward.
PROSArtfundi has been such a gift to the South African ART industry. It is not easy to develop an inventory system especially a traditional one. Artfundi has made it easier with their online build-in system that allows me to plug in the important information without having the hassle. Artfundi came at the right time! when I was ready to take my business to the next level. Integrating Artfundi within my organisation has allowed me to operate anywhere with their build-in website which is a major bonus to be able to make necessary changes.
CONSHaven't experienced any. Instead, I am impressed by the consistent development of the software that is making my work easier.

Simply makes it easier for me to mange my gallery.
The White River Gallery subscribed to Artfundi in late 2018. Their proposal seemed to cover all aspects of a gallery management “wish list”; the epitome of a one-stop gallery solution. Before long we were board. Since that time, we have successfully used the Artfundi system to make sense of our gallery - its artists, artworks and clients. The functionality became a second language over time, enabling us to concentrate on other core activities, providing a solid back-end foundation. The fact that the system affords extension into an easily manageable website is a powerful feature. Of great significance to us, is the incredible Artfundi ethos of support and care for our gallery and our staff, extending beyond expectation. No query or question is too big or too small – the support staff’s helpful, patient nature and vast knowledge encourages easy engagement. The willingness of the Artfundi team to assist and find solutions on call, brings a strong sense of partnership to our association. Over the years, I’ve appreciated Artfundi reaching out to us, checking into the bigger picture beyond operational matters of the gallery. Their insight shows an understanding of our particular challenges – as their client I feel their approach and solution-seeking is tailor-made. The Artfundi Team is a highly professional, vastly knowledgeable, and wonderfully humane team to deal with.I would recommend their offering without hesitation.

What I Think About ArtFundi
The software helped me manage my time and workload better by allowing me to do my work more efficiently. My gallery runs without a hitch, no matter where I am; with easy access to various tools, I can run my gallery anywhere at any time.
PROSEasy to use - as you use the software more, you become more familiar with it, and your workload increases. Artfundi is also much more affordable and provides the same features as competitors. With Artfundi's built-in online system, entering essential information is easy. The Artfundi back end provides a solid foundation for my colleagues and me to focus on other core activities. The Artfundi customer support and care extends far beyond what we expect for our gallery and staff. Its team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and humane. I give it a 10/10.
CONSConsidering the price, it offers exceptional management tools. In addition to making my tasks simpler, the software develops consistently. I love everything about it, I cannot complain.

As Gallery Registrar it has saved me a lot of time by combining many features into one platform.
It allows me to manage artwork very effectively. Once artworks are loaded, I can link it to the website, create consignment sheets and certificates of authenticity, keep track of locations, create exhibitions and keep track of the condition of pieces. It is able to use one platform instead of the many spread sheets i used to use to keep track of stock, clients and sales.
PROSInventory management has become very simple; being able to keep track of current stock to managing consignments any many different locations. It links it to our website directly, so no need to do double work. Clients can be tracked by what they purchased, interests or where we met them.
CONSThere is no online sales platform as of yet. But, I have been told it is on the cards in the future.

Our team of 5 was struggling with consistency, now we save time, avoid mistakes, and look great!
The website and pdf outputs look amazing, producing content for clients is so easy and publishing changes to the website is instant. I love the instant currency conversion price list, and invoicing that allows us to list artworks in the currency our artist works in (which relates to our consignment contract) yet instantly convert it on a price list, quote or invoice to any currency the client desires. I love the way content links to the artist profiles, so when looking at an artist, everything related to them is there in one place. It saves us money every month!
CONSthe Wall card label layout doesn't fit the stickers we use in our London Gallery so we print them on the card and cut the card. They could add additional sticker configurations.

A versatile all-in-one software!
I'm extremely impressed with my experience with Artfundi. Their service and support is excellent and prompt which is really valuable for an art centre that relies on aesthetic, visuals and an online presence to engage with a broad audience. As an art centre that is fairly new, we really appreciate how Artfundi approached our vision for the centre offering advice and support on how to efficiently run and structure our platform to reach our desired goals.
PROSThe Artfundi software is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I enjoy the multiple use of the platform as a website as well as an archiving system which is really important for a museum space - it allows me to easily keep track of all the artworks in our various collections (with multiple locations). What's really great about Artfundi is that they're constantly developing their software to improve their offerings according to your needs.
CONSWe initially struggled with adapting the software to fit more into a museum / art centre context but we have made great strides since then and continue doing so.

Artfundi: Future-proofing your art gallery.
Artfundi is very intuitive and easy to operate. The backend and front-end integration is seamless. There are so many features available that assist in ,not only sales but operations. Artfundi is a well-thought-out platform that puts customers experience in the forefront. The support and customer care is outstanding, they truly make you feel as though you are a member of the tribe. They truly care about improving your business and play an active role in doing so. They are the only online platform I have come across the focus on both efficiency in art gallery management and website aesthetic appeal .
CONSAlthough the website theme they provide is great there is lack of options when it comes to how you would like your website to look

The straight forward back end that enables one to update information on the site with ease
There has not been a platform of this nature available for the arts industry, it could not have come at a better time. Artfundi is allowing us to develop effective structures and have more agency in the way we operate and engage.
PROSI would highly recommend the system, Artfundi is a system that grows with you. It is tailored not only to present information to the public but to optimise a business’/ organisations approach. If you are in search of a way to efficiently conduct your business then Artfundi can provide that and more. This is the least intimidating and most practical system I have worked with. The system has really improved our relationships internally, with clients and the wider public.
CONSLack of some 3rd party application integration, although have been told more are coming soon.

CONSIt could be easier to use, if you are an amateur photographer or artist or you are not familiar with this type of software it will be a bit difficult at beginning

You are quite right that our software is aimed at professionals, and could be a little intimidating for amateurs at first glance, but we have clients of all stages. In order to assist with quick and effective use of the software, our Customer Success department offers unlimited phone support. We find on average clients are needing 2 hours of support and after that they have it.

I've been using the "beta" version of ArtFundi for our gallery and it's great!
ArtFundi is great value for money - it's helped us to up our professionalism tenfold without breaking the bank. It makes day to day administration much quicker- with features that generate wall cards and catalogues, it doubles our productivity and cures many typo-related headaches. Customer service is prompt and helpful for such a small team.
CONSArtFundi runs smooth and bugless, and the only functionality lacking at the moment is probably personal and might be different for each user. The backend layout is intuitive and easy to navigate after a bit of fiddling around, and I think the final version will probably focus on streamlining that and making it even more user-friendly. Overall, no complaints about that kind of value for money.

Life of a Curator Made Easy
The website looks and functions amazingly and the archival component of the platform is robust and interweaves with the front facing website component seemlessly. Being able to use it in an educational environment where there is a broad range of ages and computer literacy skills is testiment to the intuitive nature of the platform as a whole. The staff are friendly, accomodating and go out of their way to help you with any problems that arrive and are good at setting realistic expectations with project timelines which is crucial in the art world where time is often precious. Overall the tools and service they provide make my life easier as a curator. The constant development and improvement of their services makes it easy for me to recommend them.
CONSThe only cons I can think of would be the need for a more robust preview system that would allow a client to view the different kind of templates available to them before they have to pick one. As well as a need for more flexibility with the customisation of your websit in the basic packages they provide.
