Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

The dashboard was user friendly and easy to use.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Integration was straightforward and fast. Customer service is always helpful and easy to work with.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

One of the problems we initially had to overcome, is that we tend to work quite collaboratively when we are all in the office, and sit in a room with something on a screen.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Needs to integrate with gmail - this is delayed and needs to happen.

If your company wants friendly and knowledgeable account support, Nextiva is a good choice.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

The easy access to Nextiva support and account managers is its best feature. If there are ever any issues, their support staff can be reached by messaging or phone call quickly.

Their products are a la carte with modules for everything so finding the right product mix can be tricky as well. The lack of integration with our other systems is also an issue for us.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

They had good value, money back guarantee and a trial period.

The voice service, once configured properly, generally worked fine.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.

Ease of use to add and manage users in multiple cities and states remotely.

They customize your package entirely, schedule calls to go over the system, and have pretty good support. The price is great and so far, we've been enjoying using the new phones.

Our onboarding to Nextiva was, frankly, a terrible and protracted experience.

It's been a good experience but I wish it could have been better. We are now considering other options which is a shame.

The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.

Very powerful but a maintenance contract with an authorized dealer is practically required.

Loved the reports it generates, lots of informations and is customizeable to get the info that you are needing.

This is a great product if you have some experience with PBX functionality.

I especially love the ability to setup call forwarding automatically. I am by no means a power user, and have only scratched the surface of the utility.

They offer a full suite of solutions depending on what type of business you are and your exact needs. We have used them for a software/hardware phone solution and have had great success with them.

I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.

I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.

I'd say we've had a seamless integration of ShortTel at our firm. I love the added features and how easy they are to use.

I've had complaints from colleagues that have been unable to figure out how to add contacts. When they try to set it up, they end up accidentally calling people.

The mobility app (application on smartphone) is antiquated and constantly dropping. Price is extremely high compared to the poor quality of service received.

Every incoming call blocks the part of the screen.

It does it's job, you can make calls and I do appreciate the integration with Salesforce. Compared to other systems this is one of the few systems that logs incoming calls which is really helpful.

I like the variety of features, the ease of use, and the ShoreTel community, which is incredibly supportive and dedicated.

The pricing was most attractive coupled with the ease of use of the portal and dashboard.

Very expensive and difficult to use if you area 1 person IT department.

Has some good features that business like to have-voicemail to email is great.

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and the click to dial functionality is awesome.

This is a straightforward softphone solution allowing me to work remotely. It is simple enough to customize to my needs.

This is a good phone system to use. There is an intercom function that is pretty cool to drop in on coworkers.

I like how you have a GUI interface for dialing, answering, seeing call logs etc. It is much nicer to navigate vs having to do that on the phone itself.
