We have a strucutred way to handle recurring audits, pulling statistics as well need through the included light BI software in the solution. No more sticky notes in our audits management for findings or nonconformances. Implementing a mobile version of the software as I write this, and being very enthusiastic about being able to complete parts of the audit on a mobile plattform and completing it on your desktop, as one sees fit.

- The possibility to make adjustments, for us to allow complete coverage of our various standards beyond the ISOs - Easy to use - most of our users feel comfortable from day one using the plattform. - Workflows keeping track of all activities around the audits, including follow-ups and CAPAs. - Translateable to any language we have needed.

- Degree of customization can be a bit disorienting if you don't have a clear idea of where you want to end up.

Ease of use is amazing. Easily track incidents and export to excel for data analysis. Multiple different search functions are easily incorporated.

filtering options could be better. It would be nice to filter easier before exporting to excel in order to see if the data is going to be worth analyzing.

It's very easy to use, stores A LOT of the data that we need in one spot. It is very easily deployed to users within our company.

There IS a little bit of a learning curve to the software, but as long as adequate training is provided, it shouldn't be too much of an issue.
