We've also tied it with their orchestration product PingCentral to expand our rudimentary app integration self-service offerings, as well as PingID for MFA/strong authentication.

Excellent tool to securely sign on to your various platforms.

The UI is very clean and easy to navigate. Adding or removing a device is straight forward and easy to do.

This could also be a great individual help for freelancers and workers who aim to secure their data at home.

Some products are only cloud based (PingOne, PingID) which can be sometimes source of the troubles if your security policy is against cloud.

Great security features for identity verification/protection.

Customer support has been excellent, it compensates a lot for the clunky interfaces, and marginal documentation.

I realized it is a good security software for logging in to Amazon workspaces.

It has been great, we have used PingFederate for over 7 years, and have seen things change over time. I wish we had the capacity to use all the funcationality of Ping.

Sometime mfa messages comes with lag or get lost. When selecting the preferred device as well the response time is high.

Safe way to require two step verification for accessing apps or systems. Ease to provide vendors and contractors with remote controlled access.

It’s good seamless and very quick to respond.no disconnection while working.

My only complaint is some of the transitions can be confusing. For example, after adding a new device there is a brief pause before the device is authenticated.

Unparalleled support for federation standards, great integration with infrastructure, good APIs for integration.

When it fails to work, hard to diagnose the issue.

This really give this tool versatility while being reliable and also easy to use/implement/administer.

Ping ID has also been easy to configure and is a nice MFA tool. We have not rolled it out to the whole company yet but the bet users love the ease of use.

Also if the phone the ID is linked to is lost or broken to a point it's not usable, it can be difficult to authorise a new device for pairing without support from IT.

I also like that it was very easy to pair a new phone without having to go through the registration process with my organization again.

RSA SecurID gives us peace of mind that our workstations are protected, and is a great tool to access systems remotely and safely.

This software is a great companion to the VPN software I use. It's easy to use and simple to learn.

Does not work well with Palo Alto Network's Globalprotect. It is sometimes hard to refresh and get new passcodes.

My bank gave me the app to use the token to secure my transactions and it has been so useful. User friendly, easy, the copy paste option is great.

In terms of security its very secure and the tokens gets updated every minute so preety good to use that.

The setup was very easy and the customer service was very helpful.

We struggled for 3-4 days and has to switch back to Entrust for that time period. But now we are of and didn't see any downtime further after that.

The integration with mobile, key fobs and other methods for second authentication is amazing. The GUI is user friendly.

I liked how easy it is to use and integrate with our software. I like the option of hard tokens as well.

Overall the tool works great and is very easy to use and migration is quite simple.

The only noticeable problem with this authentication software is its initial set-up.

Easy to install and configure and provides secure VPN options for Cisco VPN. It is user friendly and can change passcodes frequently without issues.

RSA SecurID is easy to use and efficient. Keeping it simple helps to focus on MFA.

Setting up the RSA application on our phones as an end user was a little difficult at first as we were accustomed to the old 4 digit pin and then 6 digit code.

I like that I can use codes both on mobile and on my computer for quick and easy access to VPN (in conjunction with Pulse Secure).

The RSA securid server is great authentication solution which provide other services (such as RADIUS) and a very nice HTML based GUI administrator portal.

Very basic and hard to switch between devices.

Easy to use you just need to remember a secret number key to generate a token and you are good to use.

A very powerful and easy-to-use tool when logging in to a VPN/hosted business computer. The safety it brings is worth a mention.

Very good MFA with good options to get tokens. We used soft token and works very good.

Overall we had a good experience with the product and it functioned as it should to secure our business.

It was pretty easy to use and verify my identity with a token id. It’s good to know my email and identity is protected and safe when sending emails and conducting business.

I like being able to sign on remotely to my virtual machine and not have to lug around my laptop. It is reliable and secure.

The authentication process is simple and modern which involves the scanning of a QR code and finger print. It allows the user to have multiple tokens and each can be renamed for ease of use.

The product is basically par with DUO but the RSA pre-sales technical support rep was  more patience and thorough with answering all technical questions that we had.
