  • Pros

  • Have someone who knows what to do helping you out, You get a great return on your investment.
  • It is easy to use, has great graphs and charts full of helpful information, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
  • Cons

  • A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.
  • There is a lot of info to look at hard to focus on key items.

  • Over a month later still have not got to use the program. After multiple calls to customer support they still could not get it to work.
  • The top pros are the integration with Protractor and the consistency of the vehicle inspections by the technicians.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint I have is there is something wrong with the way the review looks to the client.
  • This may be a hardware compatability issue according to one of the support people I dealt with early on, but annoying never the less.
