  • Pros

  • Have someone who knows what to do helping you out, You get a great return on your investment.
  • It is easy to use, has great graphs and charts full of helpful information, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
  • Cons

  • A call you can only do it they call one of the numbers Kukui puts out. I needed it from a call that was on a original line and it was very disappointing.
  • There is a lot of info to look at hard to focus on key items.

  • The automation of the program, the available customization and the customer service parts of the program are excellent.
  • Positive Customer response of product. Easy sales increase with repair orders.
  • Cons

  • There is not much I can say to the negative side. The only thing that comes to mind was the way I use my own management system did not match up to the way Service Intelligence curated the information.
  • This severely limited the features I was able to use in SI.
