  • Pros

  • How easy it is to use and how user friendly it is.
  • The ease of use of this software to make a RO, estimate, and invoice is great. The appointment set up and website is also great and my customers love it.
  • Cons

  • Now I do have issues with some things here and there but I think that's more user error than it is software.
  • Constantly lost work that was not completed, not every user could access.

  • They have taken small suggestions and implemented small changes where it would make life easier, but still hold true to their software and it's consistency, not making unnecessary changes constantly.
  • Great product just like anything you will have to learn how to use it but it's worth the time invested.
