The main functionality we used the product for was service work diagnositic estimates and recommendations. We would use another product, Mitchell1, and used Identifix synonymously to verify issues with vehicles. We were very impressed and the two products worked well together. Technicians can do a great job of imputing their own fixes into Identifix in order to verify concerns. #### Cons Identifix does not update as frequently as other products, and they have not changed their user interface in some time.
