The software is sophomoric and pedestrian in its lack of analyzing data from multiple focal points; assuming they even install and cache the data properly. In our case they ignored us for almost a year before finally bothering to confirm that their setup was severely flawed. Yet all they focus on is taking your money and could care less the provided nothing of value in return.

Absolutely nothing. It was very slooooooooowwwwww, limited ability to do any needed customization, and worst of all; It was like booting up an MSDOS machine... if it even would.

Very limited set of unchangeable "canned" reports, Support makes you chase them down, and make little to no effort (no care) that their flaws are so egregious. Lock you into a 3 year contract Very poorly designed algorithms with no status and integrity checks (I had to figure out that their "widget" had stopped working months prior after being blown off by support multiple times "ITS FINE" and even when they admit to incompetently installing their software such that ANY report was worthless
