It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

So the SOP export is essentially useless. The PRIME team have not been able to solve this issue, although it has been raised for months.

PRIME is intuitive and an effective business process mapping tool.

The check-in and check-out features, whilst necessary, can be difficult to get your head around at first.

There has been regular contact with the organisation, and we have seen improvements in formatting of reports and glitches within the system. As a mapping program used daily it is pleasant to use.

Its hard to say at the moment as I have only used this product a handful of times and cannot comment on the cons at this stage.

I'm using PRIME BPM to review various processes within the organisation - this includes Contractor Dockets and Invoice Payments, Asset Capitalisation, and Developer Contributions.

The administration of users is more finicky than the rest of the software, having to add each module or framework to each individual user rather than to entire groups is difficult.

It is easy to use, intuitive as long as user understands what a process is and the support from the provider has been very very good.

Sometimes we've found it difficult extracting the data entered into outputs that can be reviewed by non-licensees.

So far no major roadblocks, the team is alwasy open to sugestions and there are regular updates with new features.

Outcomes have been successfully used to support business case assumptions (cost/benefits).

The ability to simulate and to add scenarios is great, easy to use and can provide the managers and executive team that visual detail.

Great value license arrangement. Excellent and responsive support team, able to be onsite when convenient for the organisation.

Mapping tool is pretty clear and straight forward, saved a lot of times for people who doesn't like to read too much wording in a normal process manual. Very easy to use mapping the process.

The ability to map our current state and accurately determine where we should best spend our time when making changes to process.

Ownership and accountability of processes. No knowledge is lost when key employees leave the business.

This product is going to change the way we do business. The process maps will change the way we think about what we do and how we best do it.

The product is very easy to use and it will a great asset to our organisation once complete.

There hasn't been anything I particularly don't like about the software.

Added on to this are the value assessment calculations that are used for more robust calculations based on time and cost for individual tasks. The program is good and improving with these main tasks.

To ice the cake, the ability to simulate process changes will improve our efficiencies and save us time and resources.
