  • Pros

  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.
  • Cons

  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

  • One big advantage of the system is the local system administrator and the possibility to modify workflows, forms, etc. without having to contact the system supplier every time.
  • I like the new front-end that came along with the update in June 2018. Especially the document management system is very handy and simplifies my job in the quality department.
  • Cons

  • Other weakness what causes sometimes a lot of wasting time when creating new forms in workflows. When there is fields with same name it is really difficult to select correct one.
  • There are some weaknesses in system to allow users filter their tasks in home page to show only the tasks where instant actions are required.
