CAFM Explorer is a powerful, sophisticated and highly recommended software for the Facilities Management industry.

Excelent , intuitive, fresh, modern interface. Powerful data analysis and reporting tools.

Reporting function is great with some really useful standard reports available. The widgets on the CAFM today page are useful and are now displayed in our office on a large screen for all to see.

The product has got better each time and the technical back up and help desk service is excellent.

I would recommend this software to any company that provides a help desk service.

CAFM Explorer is a feature rich software that has many capabilities suited for the operations of professional facilities management company.

From what we have seen integration with other products is straightforward and the supprt is excellent.

CAFM Explorer is very easy to install and operate. It offers a full suite of tools to help one manage facilities, people, space, assets, invoices, budgets, etc.

Once all your data is unputted it is so easy to use and the amount of reports that can be created is great.

It has been so hard to make changes in the system once you have allocated buildings.

Can be costly to make any basic changes ie adding/removing columns off the valuation/compelteion report. Nedds more financial attributes.

We are delighted to hear that the property element continues to evolve. We are very happy with our choice and are currently committed to aligning CAFM with the development of our procedures.

Customer service and support is superb and the new addition of the account manager will make our communication with CAFM even better.

CAFM explorer is feauture rich, intuitive, and very easy to learn. The web interface allows customers to drive information and requests for their individual needs.

With a mixture of capable and not-so-capable employees, having a easy to use interface is a must and this is the software we need.

It is extremely easy for users to submit requests, to update and assign them, and to pull reports to show our progress. Extremely user friendly.

It has a lot of features to fit many needs in an organization. The support is fantastic and they can assist in anything.

Sometimes there is a delay in the drop down fields but that may be just network issues rather than the software.

I product is only as good as the support that comes with it aaaand FMX has excellent support and customer service.

The personal interaction I've had leading up to my final purchase of FMX was great and they have very competitive pricing compared to other products on the market.

The interface is intuitive for end-users and provides great features for it's price point.

Inspections do not auto create work orders for failed inspections.

What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues.

If you are looking for something beyond an tool for running operationally, this may struggle.

I love the reports and the easy of use. Active Directory integration has made it do dimple for our users to enter tickets.

Since this system has no been implemented quite yet, I do not have a comment about what to imporive  in regards to my role.

FMX appeared to be easy to use and it provided a lot of flexibility with being able to customize fields in any part of the system. Not to mention that all the modules are included in one price.

We recently added the ability to manage our vehicles and equipment which is very nice.

I have very little negatives to say about this product. The only downside was implementation.

The web based program is good and user friendly.

It's nice to be able to tell a client how much inventory they have in stock to the individual piece before they come in for production.

My experience with FMX has been fantastic, the team has been really helpful and patient while we modify this software for our needs.

We are multifaceted similar to a municipality and FMX was able to customize every feature to fit our community perfectly.

They have been great from the very beginning. They continue to provide updates to their programs and they notify us every time one is made with a helpful tutorial.

There is no app, which is very annoying when trying to use out in the field. On your phone you have to open up your web browser and log in on the web.

Good experience generally, but really need the Google calendar integration.

Overall, the implementation and actual use of the software was seamless. We are so glad we found it are able to integrate it into our organization.
