What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues.

If you are looking for something beyond an tool for running operationally, this may struggle.

I love the reports and the easy of use. Active Directory integration has made it do dimple for our users to enter tickets.

Since this system has no been implemented quite yet, I do not have a comment about what to imporive  in regards to my role.

FMX appeared to be easy to use and it provided a lot of flexibility with being able to customize fields in any part of the system. Not to mention that all the modules are included in one price.

We recently added the ability to manage our vehicles and equipment which is very nice.

I have very little negatives to say about this product. The only downside was implementation.

Office Space Software is very user friendly. The tutorials are very helpful as well.

I sometimes have issues with the location. I am not sure why it does not identify from which country I am.

Minor complaint, it is a little confusing when you remove someone from a seat but don't always have a seat to place them in. The person gets 'stuck' in the queue.

We have found this to be a great success; we get constant feedback from our employees that they love it.

It has helped them locate colleagues, find meeting rooms, and we have integrated it seamlessly into our intranet staff search option. The feedback from our staff has been really gratifying.

The support team is superb as they have successfully implemented a feature requested by the IT team to track equipment assigned to the user.

This helps with occupancy , facility management and forecasting for future growth.

Take time to get what you want from the system down on paper so that there are no misunderstanding.

The administrator has control over a lot of the components and they are easy to setup. The software supports most of the popular features of this type of software and the UI is really nice.

OfficeSpace manages employee moves as well as tracking rooms, cubicles and other spaces, plus related assets like phones, computers and copiers.
