  • Pros

  • This is a great platform for helpdesk management. We use it for around 5 engineers and it works great as it's not over-complicated.
  • Wonderful tracking and organization of emails and support issues, with a nice and clean UI, and simple tools to automate many support tasks.
  • Cons

  • Contact management and search is awful. It is really difficult to avoid creating duplicated clients with slightly different name.
  • The support and contact system for Freshworks/Freshdesk is as bad as it gets.

  • Pros

  • If you have access to Internet, you have a phone, wherever you are. Another advantage is that we can record calls.
  • The software if fantastic out of the box. Its easy to set up users, IVRs etc.
  • Cons

  • Some colleagues have been asked to install the program on their phone and there has been some reluctance. This is not strictly a VoIPstudio problem, but it is a problem that exists.
  • That way it appeared totally useless to me because whichever number I called it didn't allow me to.
