  • Pros

  • The ability to monitor teams in real time via customizable dashboards is my favorite feature. It is as good as any telephony software that I have seen.
  • What I like most about this contact center is anyone that I have spoken with has been extremely pleasant and gone above and beyond to try to get my questions answered.
  • Cons

  • The pricing is a bit on the high end of the market would be my only complaint.
  • Sometimes a delay from when your phone is dialed to when the info pops up on your computer. Also, frequent notices about the software needing updates which are hard to ignore or cancel out of.

  • Talkdesk is fairly easy to use and offers a significant amount of customization and robust functionality. The user experience is quite intuitive and overall it operates consistently.
  • For it is the best in its field it is definitely above other software of the same kind and its price is quite affordable for the work it does.
  • Cons

  • There are some features that cannot be customized by the end user and must be modified by support personnel, this can be frustrating at times.
  • When listening to recordings, the caller and agent voices go between 2 speakers on the headphones and its a bit irritating.
