Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ability to monitor teams in real time via customizable dashboards is my favorite feature. It is as good as any telephony software that I have seen.
  • What I like most about this contact center is anyone that I have spoken with has been extremely pleasant and gone above and beyond to try to get my questions answered.
  • Cons

  • The pricing is a bit on the high end of the market would be my only complaint.
  • Sometimes a delay from when your phone is dialed to when the info pops up on your computer. Also, frequent notices about the software needing updates which are hard to ignore or cancel out of.

  • The software is pretty; the user interface is very attractive and impressive. It does seem well developed.
  • I have been using SaaS products from Zoho for more than 7 years and they keep getting better every time. I really enjoyed Zoho desk for the better overview on incoming information.
  • Cons

  • If you want to use your own domain email address, instead of some weird address that is not easy to remember then you're at a bit of a loss.
  • The software was difficult to navigate and ultimately setup. I found it confusing and not very intuitive or straight forward.
