Have realized a cost-effective and fully integrated solution.
PROSExcellent answering machine detection. Ease of use. Cost-effective. Linkage with CATI and database. Ease of set-up. Superb support.
CONSHad some issues with reporting initially but these were overcome.

very useful tool with voxco solution
the dropout rate is decreased in predectif dialing mode so in case there is no available operator in outbound operations the IVR takes the call and put the interviewer on hold
PROSthe IVR improved our production especialy in cati surveys in case of sensetif questions the interviewers is redirected to the IVR and answer the questions before returning back to the phone operator
CONSa cloud version is not available at the moment it would be helpful for the vertual call center and in offshore operations
