From 380 customer service interactions per summer season...to ONE.
Did you read the part about reducing customer service interactions from 380+ to 1? We've saved so much admin time that we got busy with other thing!
PROSJumbula has completely streamlined and revamped our daycamp registration process. We've gone from 2017, nearly 400 customer service interactions for our daycamps (almost a 1:1 ratio for registrations to interactions, each one anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour)...to ONE for 2018, and that one mostly involved getting her started by clicking the right link. Super streamlined and intuitive, with a well-thought-out GUI that makes sense to busy parents.
CONSReporting needs some work; it would be nice if all reports lived in the same place. The administrative side of things isn't quite as intuitive as the customer-facing interface, but it's also not bad: reasonably speedy, pretty interface, etc. Responsive design would also be nice, or a mobile admin app for tablets / phones.

CONSThe reports can be too much - too much info to slog through to get what I need and it has to be done for each season. I wish that when I created reports with exactly what I need on them, those report options would be available for other seasons.

Being a non-profit, raising money for public education, we needed an affordable product, and one that was easy to use. The other 3 we looked at were much more expensive because they offered a lot of extra things that we did not need or want.

The office had used eTapestry for many years but it was a terrible solution. I really pushed to make a change so I did not have to use it for classes anymore.

Good basic registration system
My overall experience with Jumbula has been okay. Since, July, I stopped contacting customer service because they were non-responsive for customer service help (I think I asked for help two times before giving up this was not the case when I first started working with Jumbula). I managed and figured it out on my own afterwhile. My summer camp is almost over and I'm willing to give them another try next summer. Hopefully, the aforementioned items will be taken care of.
PROSI love that this software is affordable and has the opportunity to be great. In the beginning, the customer service representative was very helpful in helping me setup the system. The software has some great functionality like the check-in/check-out tool and personal website page. The registration form once setup is easy to follow and use.
CONSThe functionality for managing volunteers is missing. I couldn't schedule or manage volunteers on this platform nor staff really. The interface with WIX doesn't work well, and activating payment via customer service. The Jumbula website page they provide is great but the registration information for families to register would not save by grade appearing out of sorts once published on the website. There was no fix for this.

We just launched a summer camp this summer (small camp less than 40). I chose Jumbula because of the price and the said functionality during their presentation.

Jumbula is the best program software for running before and after school programs
- Ease of use - Innovative - Looks modern - Cohesive (especially for tracking payments, attendance, registration, and people or staff) - Customer support is top tier
CONSThis is relatively new software, it appears, however, it already does more than other leading software available. That makes me excited about how the software will continue to grow.

Well designed platform with great customer support, a few areas for Usability improvement
The Jumbula platform gets better with each iteration and the IT folks are constantly working to improve the platform based on customer feedback. The Support Team at Jumbula is top-notch and one of the key selling points when adopting a new platform to manage this critical business process.
PROSJumbula class and camp registration platform is a game-changer for our business process. The ability to restrict a user's class registration based on the participant's age or grade is significant. We also like the way we can customize the registration process for our specific requirements and remove form fields not required which help streamline our client's registration process. Jumbula retains the participant's registration information and returning users can quickly add additional Programs without having to resubmit the requested form field information each time. Our clients are able to view all available classes and receive an automated confirmation upon registration.
CONSThe Jumbula customer-facing home site, where the user is presented with available class/camp options needs a significant UI overhaul. The use of HTML iframes to contain program data feel clunky and outdated and does not take advantage of current HTML/CSS web standards. However, once a program is selected the checkout process is smooth and intuitive.

A swiss army knife for school ancillary registrations
Jumbula has been our go to fee collecting registration program for a few years now and we continue to expand on it. It is very flexible and has met nearly all our wants and needs supporting PreK-12th grade supplemental education programs.
PROSJumbula's enterprise features allows us to process registrations for all different sorts of programs while allowing each business unit the control they wanted. It's very easy to use for both administrators and the customers. Each subdomains can link to different bank accounts through a number of different payment gateways but despite being separate sites, jumbula customer logins and accounts persist across them all.
CONSNotification emails can only come from one address per subdomain, requiring more subdomain sites to route relevant transaction communications.

Buyer Beware!!
Overall, our experience has been horrific. We have had numerous issues with getting the product to work for us and have spent countless hours emailing and trying to get help from their customer service. We have put in many help "tickets" that have never received any response. Most recently we have been trying to cancel and can not get anyone to return our calls or emails.
PROSWhile there were a few things that we liked about Jumbula the bad definitely outweighed the good and made this product painful to use.

Email campaigns, user registration etc.
CONSI would like to be able to run my own queries on user data. Exporting is clunky. It'd be great to have an api key and be able to fetch my own data for marketing and analytics. Api access in general would be great

Lots of promise
Jumbula has a lot of promise as a registration software. It conveniently consolidates your registration, payment, and scheduling needs into one package. Using Jumbula is mostly intuitive - it should be noted that there isn't a full-on user manual, just a handful of tutorial videos, but it's usually quite simple to figure out what's going on by yourself or with help from someone experienced with the program. The flexibility this software allows is impressive, and it is easily molded to your organization's needs. It is easy to set up classes, schedules, and fees, and once you're done with a season, you can easily copy that information into an identical later season. Setting up payments with PayPal and/or Stripe adds a level of convenience for both you and your registrants. You can easily schedule installment reminders and re-send them at any time for overdue accounts. The dashboard provides a neat snapshot of some important numbers like total registrants and the revenue of your programs. Customer Service is impeccable - the staff is always fast, friendly, and helpful whatever your needs. Considering that some pieces are a work in progress - navigation can be counterintuitive, and searches don't exactly work the way you expect them to every time - the folks at Jumbula are very open and receptive to design feedback to create a better product. User feedback is important to them, so feel free to offer constructive comments on the product's design, use, or useful features. Jumbula is already quite powerful at its current price point and is set to improve greatly.

Jumbula has been great. They helped create exactly what we needed for our business. Whenever there were technical issues, or I had any question at all, the customer support was amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always respond in a timely manner.

CONSThese wonderful tools offer lots of instruction and help along the initial set up process. Some of the language was seemingly advanced for a novice entrepreneur. So deciphering that Took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. However once I looked up some of the terms and got some clarity I was able to fly through the set up / user on boarding process. I will add that I stubbornly ignored the complementary setup assistance. A very kind customer service agent or technician l reached out to me to help me set up. But I just thought I could figure it out on my own LOL. So all of that service and help was free. I just kinda wanted to click around and figure things out on my own so that’s probably why I took me longer to set up.

Jumbula has made the registration process for our programs so much easier!
PROSJumbula has made it possible for parents of middle and high schoolers to register their children for programs offered by the organization. Pluses include the ability to create registration forms specific to programs, share/print rosters with the information required by the instructors, send email confirmation letters to parents, and the option to market the programs through the site.
CONSLike most programs, it takes time to get up to speed with how to manage/set-up programs on the site. The video tutorials are helpful and the "support" personnel at Jumbula are very responsive to questions.

I'm completely satisfied with Jumbula. I would recommend them without reservation.

Jumbula is the answer!
Fantastic customer service! Love the app as well and love how our instructors can access all their registrations, etc. simply and easily.
PROSThe team at Jumbula have thought of everything! Every time I think something can't be done, I discover that Jumbula has already anticipated it and incorporated it into the program. It's obvious they've done their research and learned from actual people who rely on the program. This is the first program I've used for registration purposes that is simple, intuitive and user-friendly. So happy I stumbled upon it when searching for a new platform to use for this exact purpose. Can't recommend highly enough.
CONSI needed a bit of hand holding to get started and I still wish there was an option to sell licensed merchandise on the site.

Responsive Customer Service & Reasonable Price Makes Me a Loyal Customer
Jumbula is a relatively new player in the market and they haven't yet perfected their product. The good news is that they know that and are very responsive to feedback from their customers. When I have made suggestions for making the software more user-friendly or correcting an error, they have acted on my suggestions. In addition, when I email technical questions, I receive a response, usually within 48 hours. The sales representative with whom I first interacted stays in touch with me and is accessible. I like working with a start-up that is responsive to its customers, open to feedback and constantly improving its product. In addition, most of my customers find the software user-friendly, it provides the tools I need to run my business, and the cost is very affordable for my non-profit. So far, I am very satisfied with Jumbula and plan to stay with this company.

Great bang for your buck!
So far so good! The support team has been amazing!
PROSJumbula does so much for the price! It is easy to learn and has tons of helpful reports to stay organized with your registrations. If they do not have the report, you can most likely create a custom report or their wonderful support staff can!
CONSThe reports are all over the place. I just wish it was easier to find things. Also I wish that it had things by camper vs order.

The best program EVER!
This eliminated all paperwork. And made everything so convenient. We are non profit so this was very affordable.
PROSIt included an app for attendance and eliminated paper work.
CONSThe questions I added I could not get data from. And it was hard to take the kids that had registered and just enroll them in for a full summer without enrolling them offline.

Jumbula has helped us streamline our camp registration. We used to do it by hand, and through excel worksheets, so having the flexibility and automation that Jumbula provides has been game changing.
CONSIt can be a little tedious to search for information for multiple camps at once, such as the date of camps, etc. Because in the overview menu, it won't show all the information that I need without clicking into each individual camp.
