  • Pros

  • My favorite feature is one glance reservations. Being able to see customer, reservation and payment info all in one screen is helpful.
  • The quick and easy use of shortcut keys, or clicking through menus, either way - too easy. The team at RMS are always very helpful and cheerful.
  • Cons

  • Lack of choices with the credit card gateway was disappointing.
  • The lack of words for symbols/buttons written in the software.

  • User friendly platform, responsive and helpful tech team, great features for youth program management.
  • I am not a big tech person but I found setting up everything on Sawyer to be very straightforward. I have used other scheduling systems in the past and am so happy that I went with Sawyer.
  • Cons

  • I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
  • The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
