The initial set up was simple (we did nothing, CSR did it all). This included entering pitches, site fees, setting up Sage Pay and linking to our bank account, etc, etc.

My day job is as a professional purchaser of ICT systems and this response makes me glad that I didn't get the demo and like it.

Overall I think this is an excellent product. Completes all the bookings, money in the bank and NO double bookings.

There is no 'back' button, so if customers who add something or change something half way through a booking being taken, then you generally need to start all over again. Analytics is quite limited.

The upfront is a bit Steep, but CampManager is the best investment we have ever made.

The initial upload was a little difficult, several months of reservations had to be manually checked and corrected.

What I love best is the customer service. We received a helpful demonstration of the product that was informative and not pushy.

The customer service and the personal Account Manager that is assigned to each campground is the best. Ease of implementation and very easy to use.

Campspot is so easy to use both on the front and back-end. Adopting this software is very straight-forward and the customer service is great.

It is missing the booking directly from the grid for the seasoned staff and you can not modify single admin hold if you booked multiple on hold sites.

Overall, the experience has been very good. The ability for customers to book online and the great optimization tools have more then paid for the initial setup and ongoing cost of the system.

So far, the greatest change is the ability for our campers to use the software on their own.

We cannot add more than one guest to a reservation without using user-defined fields within the Reservation. This doesn't create a Customer Profile for them which causes us several problems.
