It is just amazing how it takes all the info we throw at it and just produces a nice professional catalog. Price is fair and customer service is great.

Product support is good if we get a glitch and they helped us set up our templates.

CatBase is a best application for data publishing. User friendly, easy to access, overall it's a superb tool.

I find it hard to alter a table layout. I'm sure it is because of the lack of time studying the product.

Whoever implements this at your company will likely have to fix any problem that arises or find a work-around. The learning curve, aside from the basic things that the program can do, is very steep.

My last comment:  Catbase offers an excellent customer service and the overal pricing ( licences and support) is very reasonable.

Record change history (last 5/10 saves) in the same window. However, overall it's really great and awesome.

The calculation would always end up being over by 1. This is a basic programming mistake.

When you make changes to a template, it often causes errors to show up elsewhere.

Data Ingest from Cloud is a little bit shaky from time to time. Even if things are usually quickly fixed that might lead to some stress.

It is not an intuitive interface and is difficult to use without consulting customer service.

On a personal note, it is difficult to sometimes create shortcuts when managing several different feeds and we need to repeat the same steps across a few.

It will be better if you side can make it more steady, sometimes the system error makes our side really embarrassed.
