This con is both a pro and a con - the software updates often which is great for bugs but sometimes the new features are too much to learn .... if that makes sense. :)

Developing new templates for forms takes a bit of time to set up, but then you have your form laid out exactly as you need it.

I would like a little bit more ability to customize reports, but there is a wide range of reports to choose from!

It can be a little complicated in certain areas, but the frustration is minimal compared to how great the product is.
