Only negative to me is that with online giving and text to give, a physical address needs to be required when first setting up the account.

Churchteams is very customizable, user-friendly, and comes with outstanding customer service. Any time we have a need, Churchteams staff is quick to respond and pleased to help.

The user interface is ugly and sometimes clunky.

We are very excited about all the opportunities to implement the various features - having different ministries use the scheduling feature is next on the list. Customer service has been excellent.

I also love that I can change most everything about it to fit our admin needs. The customer service is so personal and rapid, we've loved everything about it.

The seamless integration between online giving and deposits into our bank account. The reporting makes reconciliation simple and easy.

I really had a good time combining the software with my workload, it was an easy experience setting it and connecting with other member.

Which for 2019, is unacceptable, and the reasons I plan to leave Church Teams ... soon. We get constant requests from volunteers who can't remember their passwords.

One thing that we really are missing is a generalized calendar to put all of our church events on.

This is a minor problem considering all that the software can do for your organization.

I love that features you would expect to be included are - Groups, Events, Registrations, Check-in. The add-ons are very reasonably priced and are worth the cost.

Everyone on the Church Teams team is great to work with - their support is great. They really care about helping you and meeting your needs.

Its was a great experience. I really wish that the mobile experience was better because we would have stayed on if that were the case.

The children's check-in is great for us and we love the flexibility that you can do just about anything if you know how to work the back end of this system.

Recently discovered that the ChurchTeams software does not work well with Macs, which a couple of our staff use.

I dislike having to fully open a member's record in an edit mode just to view details (when and how joined, etc.).

It is very user friendly, as I am not a computer savy person. I am continually learning how to best use the system to meet our needs and to make life a little easier for everyone.

I get excited talking about it. It has so many more features for a cost that is much less than what we were paying with our previous church management software.

I think the best tool is that the reports can be customized and saved to a menu. Membership records are easy to maintain.

You will see how great it is and how you can adapt and customize it for your church. For my opinion it is useful, when you have 50 ore more members in your church.

The different categories make it very neatly arranged and help get thins done in an orderly manner. The support team is great and they are so helpful when my computer skills are at their end.

The connectivity between the product elements is very good. You can adapt the software very good for your individual situation in your church.

Also the integration with CCLI-SongSelect makes the song management much easier for all worship teams.

To first import your data is sometimes difficult, but there are different tutorials.

This can be frustrating at the beginning, but I would think this is the same for every software which is implementing role and rights management.

Text is sometimes in very small letters. And links are hard to click due to the size.

Good configurable and accessable by multiple persons.

There is also a great community where you can share thoughts, ask questions, submit feature requests, read from others how they are working with the software.

All the people I ever showed it too are amazed about the opportunities. Even the price is perfectly affordable.

That makes organizing the church service a lot easier. I was quite surprised how easily I got along with churchtools without needing tutorials etc.

Happy to use church tools and glad there's such a thing out there. Thoughtful app, super support.

Churchteams' architecture is based on group membership. When a new member is added to the system, that person is assigned to one or more groups defined by the administrator—for example, small group leader, ministry team, Sunday school, event volunteer and home group.
