If my customer service situation could be improved and Neon would be available to help and be accessible, I could honestly trust and enjoy the product.

Neon CRM has been a great software company to work with. The software is good, and the employees really care about their clients.

Although NEON has incorporated some enhancements and improvements to the user experience recently, overall they have been slow to change, and customer support is not very responsive.

NeonCRM has great features for nonprofits, and will be a strong asset for this growing nonprofit to stay organized in the future.

The ease of use in all aspects - donation tracking, fundraising campaign setup and monitoring, reporting, etc. are so much appreciated after working for so long without that ease.

I like Neon's user interface and the ease in which one can learn how to use it. It has great integrations, and I think the event feature is going to be really helpful.

Overall, this is a pretty robust software considering the price. I would recommend it to Non-profits on a tight budget just be prepared for some getting acquainted time.

NeonPay was a disaster, the reporting is horrendous, the fees don't add up, mysterious 'other' charges appear, if you have refunds, they are not properly accounted for.

The account profiles are user friendly and intuitive.

I like the customization feature that it has. The ability of automated emails and files.

Reliable - service is rarely down or unacceptably slow. Interface is relatively easy to use for anyone with good software sensibilities (a simpler view would be helpful for less techy BOD members).

I found the online help resources to be easily accessible and extremely helpful in setting up my initial contacts and configuring my web pages.

I did an indepth analysis of non profit CRM systems and this came out on top. We could not afford anything expensive so the price was right.

Easy to use, lots of functionality for a great price. I love that we will have enhanced opportunities for communications through streamlined newsletters and web experiences.

Some of them being: sent emails tracking, workflows, advanced searches, donation page is great, and having the ability to personalize the system to the user.

We love that Neon is customizable, intuitive and user-friendly. It's everything our small non-profit needs and more.

The Neon forum has good information for finding workarounds when you have issues.

I've used several different CRM programs and I find Neon CRM relatively easy to use and affordable. It is very capable of fulfilling the needs of our organization.

Householding support with regards to donations roll-up is very poor.

When i want to donate this app help me so much, they recommend and suggest where the best to donate.

The inability to email registrants for an event from the event registration page is unfortunate.

The system is easy to navigate and once you get everything dialed in like you want it, it's a great tool.

Read their 'comments' in their support center - eye opening. This is a dishonest company with poor support and a subpar product.

Overall our experience has been positive, and we would recommend Neon. It's a great way to organize our events and ticket sales, as well as track income from those same constituents and more.

All in all, its a great software that is easy to use.

Feel very frustrated that despite downloading and printing all 1700+ pages of the Pastoral.

It has made it a lot easier to keep various data bases for our church. I also really appreciate the online customer service which I have used a few times.

If I open the program and then do not use it for a long period of time it will crash.

This program is wonderful in keeping all the information about your people in one safe database. It is versatile as well as functional.

It is a fantastic database service. The default fields are very comprehensive and you can add you own.

Their target audience is helping churches stay on top of things and be organized and I think that as a team they really do care.

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The remote access via dropbox is an excellent solution denying direct access to our server.

Interface is confusing and illogical. Functionality - attempted to do everything but nothing well.

We have found PC12 to be an amazing product that is an absolute gift to the church. The program does much more than we have even tried to do, the security is rock solid and support fantastic.

This limits the use of PC as quite often someone outside the group needs to be copied in (this has previously been raised as help desk request).

I enjoy this product because it helps me in my job as a Pastor when I visit.

Previous requests for assistance have been dealt with quickly. However, when sending emails to groups or roster groups there is no provision to CC another person.

We also were requiring more from our CMS than PC could provide. Having said that I have fellow administrators in my city who love the software.

A great way to keep an up to date database that can be shared with the Ministry team. Great tools for organizing rosters.

This is very confusing and slow software. Its full of insider language and just looks and feels dated.

We recently migrated the software to a new server and had a few hiccups with remote access. I contacted customer support  and our issues were solved immediately.

The latest edition is much easier to use than previous ones. The custom reports and directories are great and very easy to use now.

Installed Pastoral Care to help establish a new church so we could keep our information up to date. I had used Pastoral Care previously and found it the best data collector for church requirements.

Price:Performance is great and the one-off cost is really quite low. Our Senior Pastor had used it at another Parish,  knew it quite well and it's been easy to setup.

We used this package for 15-years, until last year when we moved to another package. Unfortunately, there are some aspects that make it  too 'Australian', such as the address formats.

Pastoral Care is an on-premise church management solution. The solution enables churches to manage communications and relationships with their members. Key features include venue management, child safety management, wedding registration, financial management, funeral registry, data import/export and more.


Pastoral Care enables users to add new families to the church’s database or add members to an existing family. The solution lets users track attendance trends by creating rolls for Sunday school, kids’ programs, home groups and youth programs.
