Pros
- We have been blown away with all the functions available even on the free plan. It's so well-made, very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and friendly.
- Planning center is such great tool to inform and prepare volunteers in advance so that they can perform to the best of their ability.
Cons
- It's a little awkward to block out multiple days in the calendar that aren't consecutive.
- As a user i several times had problems with logging in, as system did not recognize i was registered by admin twice, with the same email. So it is running 2 profiles with the very same attributes.
Pros
- It's very intuitive with a good layout, good screen prompts and useful online help. The reports I use (contribution statements, various other reports on contributions) are clear and flexible.
- IconCMO is very thorough in its application but the best thing is their customer service. I have been a customer for about 6 years and over the years have reached out numerous times for help.
Cons
- The only thing I dislike about this software is not being able to rewrite or reorganize some of the reports.
- I've had trouble finding the search function to look up a journal entry, and I have trouble searching anonymous cash gifts.
