The Most Effective Relationship Marketing and Connection Tool Ever!

Email is easily dismissed. A text message, on the other hand, is like a secret whispered to another that they cannot wait to answer! Text P2P is the magical (and practical) solution for connecting immediately and efficiently...and it doesn't take a tech genius level IQ to utilize! It's the perfect tool for booking events, announcing new product launches, or simply staying connected with the needs of your audience.

PROS

Text P2P has a vast array of features (and you'll want to use them all) and they keep adding to them! They are proactively responsive to the needs of their users. Text P2P allows you to set the pace of your connections, create keyword campaigns that evoke engagement, and gives you a personal platform for developing rich content-based communications (two-way) with your target audience.

CONS

It was sometimes difficult to determine what my response to a text message was, as the most recent message shown was from the recipient (perhaps this has been updated).

Simple straightforward product

PROS

Text P2p is easier to use then other platforms and worth the cost

I like textp2p overall it’s RVM system is the most effective and easy to use RVM system I have used in the past 3 years we have been sending RVMs

PROS

Textp2p is super easy to use , from one screen you can create a voicemail for RVM select a list you previously loaded and send the messages you want to send , other RVMs require you to load multiply screen but textp2p saves me time and is super simple to use . I have used several other RVMs and textp2p is far easier to use also the customer service is from ……. Hold on ….. a real Person…. Yes real people still exist that work in customer service and I get actual answers to my questions that are to my specific question and not Canned copy and paste responses like from callfire or other lower quality providers .

CONS

Textp2p is not the cheapest , there are others that cost less, but they don’t work nearly as well, some make it almost impossible to use the credits you buy , but with textp2p even though it’s not the cheapest it’s ok because it’s the easiest to use .

The other systems are more difficult to use or have some many restrictions you can’t use them, for instance now Stratic’s only works with government and non profit (neither of which I am) so 99% of potential users are excluded from who they allow to use there platform

Text p2p review

PROS

I really like their custom fields option in every contact, that was useful when I tried to write specific messages for group of people. Also support was always readily available

CONS

This could be something that already exists and I am just unaware of it, but this is a common issue from many texting platform I found. But it would be nice to be able to reply back to a customer from the email notification received instead of clicking a button to lead me to textp2p platform and reply to them there

Textp2p is user friendly for anyone without much technical experience but highly customizable

In our previous software, mass texting was a nightmare. We would have to press “enter” after each phone number and that took way too long. Textp2p separates contacts using comma so it does help alot when i import mass amount of numbers to be sent without saving them as contacts

Great product - great support - would recommend

Text P2P saves me and my company a lot of time and man power that was previously spent on calling and texting customers individually to book appointments.

PROS

I’m already pretty organized with spreadsheets so it was easy to get my customer information uploaded and ready to send messages. It’s great for reaching out to a lot of customers at once very easily and only 1 out of 742 contacts opted out, which was a concern of mine, that it might be annoying, but I think most people appreciate using technology to streamline the booking process.

CONS

Don’t really have any cons yet. Set up was pretty quick and the tutorial video walked me through everything very easily.

Ease of Doing Business and Onboarding

[sensitive content hidden] of the business is knowledgeable, super patient and helpful. He was very prompt from the very beginning and help me and my team with coming on board very smoothly with guiding and holding hands when needed. We had a great experience working with him, getting set-up and sending out our first set of mass texts.

CONS

credits get used too fast! Would love to see more value come out of the monthly subscription.

Dramatic Improvement in Reply Rate vs Email

PROS

This service was easy for me to import my contacts, set up workflows, and create effective marketing and communication systems. Customer service was OUTSTANDING in helping me understand all the capabilities upon enrolling and the response rate I've received was a significant improvement vs. emails.

Flexible Plan for what I need

Great- customer service is great. I love when the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reaches out. So helpful!

PROS

I love the pay plan options. I don’t need 1000’s texts, just a few here and there. This is perfect. Can receive messages easily to same number and when we need a mass text sent everything is ready to go. I just discovered the app for the phone and love it. Been using desktop only for a bit.

CONS

My only struggle was keyword and getting people sign up for groups properly. But it’s mostly user error.

Chose this because of pricing plan and number of messages. In addition to being able to receive messages back! Some other softwares don’t let people respond.

My virtual assistant!

P2P helped me streamline the communication process and bridge that gap between my customers and I . It created a real time dialog I was Not getting with my email blasts. Had pointers on wording which is huge and over all has helped me organize my customer base and spend less time chasing people.

PROS

Streamlined my processed and offered a service to reach people where they are! Not on email- but devices!

CONS

No complaints. It was easy to navigate and has great customer service for when I did Have user error.

Perfect for what I need!

Love it!

I love that i can set recurring messages, link up to zapier, and so much more! Thank you for making my life so much easier as I communicate with my customers... text is DEFINITELY the way to go for communication!

Great Source for Real Estate

I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience and I vetted a lot of ringless voicemail companies and this was the best option.

PROS

I love that when using the software it’s relatively easy to set up a ringless voicemail or a mass text message to go out. It’s nice that you only need an Excel Spreadsheet to add the information of the people you want to contact to the site.

CONS

I have no cons for this product. The only negative feeling I have had about textp2p Was that I scheduled my message to go out on the wrong day which was completely my fault.

Drop cowboy was expensive and boots out real estate agents.

Great communication option!

I've been using TextP2P for a few weeks now, and having FAR more success connecting with my potential clients vs using email. It's so much more personal to connect with clients. Additionally, the customer service is incredible. I think it's the backbone of the success of a smaller platform like this and been really pleased with how they have helped me get set up and answer any questions!

PROS

The response rate from clients. The ability to categorize different "groups" of clients or prospects you want to connect and build rapport with.

CONS

Would be nice to have a mobile app option. Also, takes a little getting used to in setting up a new message to a list.

Text, VM, and email marketing rolled into one

PROS

We can notify group members and/or clients and count on them getting the message, when they might not read their email at all, or at least not promptly. The customer service is great!

CONS

A minor issue, but when searching for my preferred 10 digit phone number, I had to try repeatedly, as only a few were offered at a time, and then I had to repeat until the one I had found early in the process came around again - but then it was just a matter of clicking to select it.

Great product to use and have all the features we need

PROS

We have used SMS in a very limited amount from our commerce site but TextP2P had some additional features and for us it is easier to use. The two way communication is very nice and the ability to send voice mails to non-mobile users is a great plus from the same datasat

Text P2P Revolutionized my Business

Text P2P has made my business process easier. It's easy to capture phone numbers and email addresses with the MailChimp integration and then put them through my sales funnel thanks to the workflow automations. I'm able to more easily stay in touch with and build relationships with clients/customers, as well as offer more value with the workflow automations when I have a new training or want to add value to my audience. Their customer service is very responsive, which has been helpful when I have needed to have various features explained better or if I've ever had any issues. They're always on it right away.

PROS

It's easy to use whether I'm on my phone or the computer. I am able to catch up with and check on my coaching clients easily by sending one text and then responding and relationship building individually in my Text P2P inbox. I use the automation to remind clients of monthly or yearly renewals. This system has saved hours of time for my business, which has allowed me to focus on more income bringing activities to increase my overall ROI.

CONS

Nothing. I love it. Any time I've had any issues, the company has fixed them or improved upon them immediately.

Highly recommend TextP2P

I actually use TextP2P in my day to day job and in my volunteer position on a board of directors. I liked it so much at my job that when we were looking for a program for or board, I recommended TextP2P!

PROS

The product is easy to use. The texting is the best feature because we can have a conversation in real-time.

CONS

The only thing that we were disappointed with was that we couldn’t receive the emails in the TextP2P platform. A minor inconvenience to go to an email program though.

Simplified Community Notifications

We notify farm share owners and association members of food deliveries at their drop point, and Text P2P works very well for this purpose. One contact db is great, if someone quits they can be deleted from all communication easily. Contacts can be added to multiple lists. Customers can pause/resume their delivery texts if they're out of town by replying STOP/START.

PROS

The contact management organizational capabilities are far superior to the program I was using before. Customer support for this app is very responsive. I use it from my browser in the office then the phone app on the road.

CONS

I've lost half completed email campaigns when the software logged me off after I went to another task. An auto draft save feature would be nice on drafts. When I think of new features that would be nice, sometimes they already are in there and it's my failure to read the help. I haven't looked to see if I can prevent or delay logoff.
