Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.

Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.

The program is very customizable once you learn how to utilize the system to its fullest capacity, and the support site is a very useful tool with clear step by step instructions when help is needed.

The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.

The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

After searching for a while for asset management software we were happy that we found this. Now we are better organized than before.

Asset Panda is very useful for tracking asset movement and changes along with depreciation tracking. I would like to see some procurement integration.

Pretty good user interface and simple to use application. Interesting feature is the mobile application.

It's cheaper than most asset tracking software. Luckily it can be intertwined with other software to help make it bigger and better.

Asset Panda is my go to for IT asset tracking. The ease of use, along with native integrations, makes it simple to keep everything up to date.

I realize some users are more or less advance with computer than others. Most of the users generally are shop/field users so they always struggle with using the software.

I like the ability to switch views, I mostly go between Datasheet and Tab. For the most part, figuring out how to use it is intuitive.

I like the functionality of it, easy to use and follow.

Extremely flexible and complete maintenance management database platform and excellent customer support.

It is an excellent system and very user friendly. It’s amazing how you can create reports based on any data that is entered into the system.

I have to look at many area because I use many sections. Lets start with inventory,  letting up quick parts is very easy.

I have not used other CMMS systems in my Industry experience, previously used Service Industry software. With that said I find it to be effective for what I need it to do.

I do find it quirky to use but...I am mostly self taught and suspect the quirks are related to how we have set up and use the various modules at the Administrative level.

I think iMaint is very sophisticated software and very detail.

I like the filter search options, I use these often.

My experience with DPSI support is however super. Top class, very helpful, and professional.

I think alot of work needs to be done with the reports. Many of your reports do not fit industrial applications so we have to modify them which at that point we loose support.
