Superb Screen Display Architecture. Excellent Custom Report Design Functionality.

I believe this was fixed in latest version. Limited choices in calibration event for test results (pass, fail, limited).

With so much available to learn on the software now they have built a library of information and they reach out using YouTube videos and tutorials which helps a lot.

My overall experience with IndySoft is a positive. Once the system has been set-up, it does an excellent job in keeping our Metrology Dept. in compliance with Regulatory requirements.

User friendly, customizable, great customer service. We are not a Calibration service provider.

The program is pretty much maintenance free. It's performance is good too.

The configuration requires forethought and planning. If not planned out properly, change down the road can be difficult.

So many features can get confusing. Some features many not seem intuitive at first.

The software is fairly easy to use even for a novice. It has many functions and is very professional.

The best thing about this software is the team that comes with it. By design the software is built to be customizeable, so set-up is a process.

It is sometimes confusing because, when I change some titles, they do not always seem to work the way I expected.

The best feature is the capability to import/export instrument records between our database and our supplier.

For accounting purposes it was a nightmare, then trying to map those to our existing software when we realized we couldn't utilize the accounting aspects to invoice was even worse.

Sometimes there is a delay in the drop down fields but that may be just network issues rather than the software.

Inspections do not auto create work orders for failed inspections.

What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues.

If you are looking for something beyond an tool for running operationally, this may struggle.

I love the reports and the easy of use. Active Directory integration has made it do dimple for our users to enter tickets.

Since this system has no been implemented quite yet, I do not have a comment about what to imporive  in regards to my role.

FMX appeared to be easy to use and it provided a lot of flexibility with being able to customize fields in any part of the system. Not to mention that all the modules are included in one price.

We recently added the ability to manage our vehicles and equipment which is very nice.

I have very little negatives to say about this product. The only downside was implementation.

The web based program is good and user friendly.

It's nice to be able to tell a client how much inventory they have in stock to the individual piece before they come in for production.

There is no app, which is very annoying when trying to use out in the field. On your phone you have to open up your web browser and log in on the web.
