  • Pros

  • Every time we reach out with questions the EWorkOrders team responds very quickly and helps us get what we want out of the program.
  • The software facilitates a great way of communicating in a decentralized organization to ensure items are completed in a timely fashion ensuring a quality product for our customers.
  • Cons

  • The only con for us is because eWork Orders is a cloud based system we can't use it for problems involving internet or power outages.
  • There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

  • Integration with Zendesk. Easy to import data for assets.
  • The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.
  • Cons

  • I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.
  • Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.
