Very useful and robust documentation and tracking software.

It’s easy to use and it is capable of exporting data into excel spreadsheets.

The customer service and technical support are always there for us. The function of the software is close to perfect, which Micromain always improve to suit their customers needs.

Unfortunately this software is not very intuitive and very hard to use making it impossible to keep track of work orders.

Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.

It is excellent product for multi facility and has best API integrations opportunities.
