Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to run, always adding new thinks, good support service, low monthly charge.
I love that this software allows my employees to easily time in and out of different parts of different jobs. It has made it so much easier to create logbooks and invoices.

Cons
It takes a bit of using the product to get comfortable with the workflow. There are some tasks that require allot of clicking around to different parts of the web page to do such as receiving parts
Hard to find one.any issues i have had is normally rectified quickly but i would have to say the Airworthiness Directive tracking still needs improving.

It is easy to use and customer service is great.
I like it’s a all in one software and it has some great features

Cons
A little tricky to get around at the start, but once you understand the capabilities it is awesome.
I WOULD LIKE IT IF THE INTEGRATIONS WERE MOVING ALONG A BIT FASTER. ALSO, INVENTORY SEEMS TO BE DIFFICULT TO GRASP FOR US.
