I do enjoy using it. I just hate typing in all the information for a new customer and having to bill them for all that time when the info is on your server somewhere. I talked with a rep about this and the guy only said that is not how it works. I told him I know, but I think it's how it should work. I have had no issues building profiles, adding to and taking away from them. #### Cons I would love to save my customers time and money by being able to put in the aircraft S/N and if it has been in this system before I could use information already installed by someone else or vice versa. It really makes sense. What if the ADLOG book would erase all of its information every time a new mechanic worked on the aircraft. #### Reasons for choosing Veryon Publications I used ATP at my last company. This is not a professional company and as far as the price of the engine subscription P&W is a 3rd of the price . By time I get through with social media and this company it will coast them more than I payed. I’m just say they have absolutely no compassion for unexpected things that come up . Easy to navigate thru the manuals. #### Cons Veryon does not carry Sikorsky helicopter manuals. Also, you need a separate login when compared to Veryon Maintenance software (FlightDocs). Sales is slow to answer emails about subscriptions and changes. It makes it easy to find the component a customer may be needing and related Airworthiness Directives for a specific component. I also like that there is a always someone available to fix a problem we may be having with our subscription. #### Cons I have noticed that some Service Instructions, Service Bulletins, and sometimes other referenced material in an Airworthiness Directive cannot be retrieved during the search in the AD. My experience with Veryon has been very positive, being able to have all my manuals on a laptop is a lifesaver. I love the feature of having personal libraries, so that you don't always have to go through and find your specific aircraft. I also appreciated them being well organized and not hard to find. And of course probably the most obvious one, having all the manuals online instead of in a library saved so much time and space in our shop. Absolutely worth the investment.
