No instructions, no link or web URL for the client to navigate to and certainly no instructions at all. This might be one of the most poorly designed things in Doc-it.

A very good document managment product with good support team. I find there is still growth to come.

Still confused in the UI why you can access an archive via the archive explorer or binder explorer, and both can be made to have the same layout.

The integration with caseware for each of printing and the ease to which PDF documents can be marked up. Works well in the field as well.

It is very feature rich. In an attempt to modernize our office our first challenge was how to go about turning dozens of filing cabinets into a virtual, paperless environment.

Feels like they take a true vested interest in your satisfaction. You don't feel like you're dealing with a large tech company, but a family business.

The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.

The ability to annotate and mark-up documents with ease and allows paperless record keeping. The customer support is great when any issues result.

Updates are easy and support is always offered to help you initiate any updates.

It Suite is the ability to organize the files that I use. You can also set rules on each of your files to ensure that no one can edit or comment on what you upload.

Customer Support is stellar. Offers more  features and functionality without add-ons than the competition.

It team has proven to be very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended software.

Most exciting, the PDF Editor/viewer is included. For less then the cost of one Acrobat license, I get a very comparable PDF Editor plus so much more.

It was slow and ocassionally would lock me out of excel workbooks. Some data would get trapped if I accidentally opened a workpaper twice.

It crashes when I try to drag and drop from Outlook email. It crashes when I try to send an email with password protection and I drag and drop the protected pdf icon too quickly.

The best part of Doc It is its document organization. The archive and the editor are also excellent tools for any office.

The software is user friendly and is logically organized and the user can customize. The PDF editor is also great...easy to use and applicable to people that work in tax and accounting.

Clients tend to disregard the notifications as spam. Job Queue could be more user-friendly and offer more options.

Or opening a document and turning on bookmarks. The portal setup for a client and related instructions are utterly useless.

The integration between Scanning, OCR & archive is useful. Work in process binders helped clean up and organize document storage.

Doc-It  continually makes a better product at a better price and supports it well.

Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.

This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business is great. The product is amazing for what it does and it is extremely easy to use even for beginners.

The product is easy to use and the most important feature that I saw on the app is the drag and drop feature it's so helpful it helps me upload media and files easily it's really a great feature.

Constantly changing UX - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. Suffers from a bit of UX identity crisis.

If I fail to download them, then I no longer have access to the files. It may be that you only have access to files for a certain length of time, in that case the error would be mine.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.

Dropbox is affordable, secure, backs up your files, and is easy to use with a team. I believe that the user interface is also quite pleasant.

I like that with ease I can back up important files and files that I want to share with others. For the most part, it's straight forward and lives up to its purpose.

Overall, Dropbox Business is a great tool for storing and sharing all kinds of files, and it offers good features for its price, so we are very happy with it.

I love the ease of accessing my Dropbox files right in my file browser on my computer. It integrates well with both Windows and Mac, and between the different operating systems as well.
